Care-Giving Team Guidelines

• This calendar is for trained care-giving team members only. This calendar is not to be used by high school (excluding those with permission) or middle school students.

Please follow the below instructions exactly otherwise you will mess up the calendar. The calendar link is at the top of this page.

Signing-Up for Care-Giving

1. Click on your team (Morning, Mid-Day, Evening, Tuck-In) for the day you want to volunteer
2. In the WHO field, type in your name. **Do NOT change any other information including date/time or you will mess up the calendar**
3. Click SAVE
4. Click SINGLE
5. Your name should appear on the calendar

Removing Name from Calendar

1. Click on the day/team where your name is currently entered
2. IMPORTANT: Delete your name from the WHO field. Do not hit the "delete" button which will mess up the calendar.
3. Click SAVE
4. Your name should no longer appear on the calendar
